Your private Suzhou day tour begins with a private pickup from your centrally located Shanghai hotel. Today’s tour heads straight to Suzhou, so please have lunch beforehand as there will be no lunch stop during the transfer. You will have 1.5-hour relaxing drive to Suzhou, a city renowned for its classical gardens, ancient canals, and rich cultural heritage. Along the way, admire the scenic Jiangsu countryside and learn about Suzhou’s history from your knowledgeable private guide.
Upon arrival, start your exploration at the Lingering Garden, one of Suzhou’s most exquisite classical gardens and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Wander through its beautifully arranged pavilions, ponds and winding pathways, each corner thoughtfully designed to create a perfect harmony of art and nature. The garden’s delicate details and tranquil atmosphere make it a favorite spot for photography and quiet reflection.
Next, visit the Master of the Nets Garden, another UNESCO-listed masterpiece.
