Outstanding Tours in Beijing and Xi’an
We organised tours with Wendy Wei Tours in both Beijing and Xi’an. Sherry was extremely organised and efficient, which put our minds at ease. Our guides, Vivie in Beijing and Bryan in Xi’an, were outstanding, knowledgeable and flexible. In Xi’an, we travelled with our suitcases and were dropped at the airport after the tour. Nothing was a problem...

The Terracotta Army With the Best English-Speaking Guide
My daughter and I booked a full-day Xi’an tour to see the City Wall, Muslim Quarter, Bell Tower and, most importantly, the Terracotta Army. Helen was experienced, informative, friendly and completely fluent in English. She gave 150% all day and shared her knowledge with genuine passion and excitement. The four hours we spent with the warriors were one of the best travel experiences of my life...

Terracotta Army and Xi’an Highlights Tour
My mum had wanted to see the Terracotta Warriors since she was a child, so this was a lifetime ambition and a very special mother-and-daughter trip. We had the BEST day with Helen, who was caring, kind and incredibly professional. Her knowledge was delivered with passion and genuine enthusiasm. She went far beyond her basic duties and made us feel like friends rather than clients...

Impressive Service
We had a great time in Xi’an and Luoyang. Sherry did an excellent job putting together our private tour, and Bryan, our guide, and Mr Lee, our driver, were both excellent. The tour was even better than expected. We were very impressed by the comfortable transportation and their patience throughout the journey. Sherry even went beyond her duties to help me with shopping in China...
How Many Days Do You Need in Shanghai?
Depending upon your specific interests and preferences would determine how many days you spend in Shanghai to experience the various attractions and experiences. On average, most visitors would spend 3 – 4 x days in Shanghai with a day to explore city of Shanghai including the Bund, French Concession Area and Yuyuan Garden. Some travelers also choose to extend their visit and further explore the new Shanghai in Pudong as well as traditional Shanghai’s famous attractions.
Other visitors choose to extend their stay and deep-dive into the surrounding water towns of Shanghai well as West Lake in Hangzhou and ancient China’s gardens in Suzhou. Being the financial center of China, there are flight connections to all corners and cities of the country with visitors choosing to explore Xi’an, Chengdu, Guilin
and Beijing as part of a ‘classic’ China trip. Others choose to go further afield and explore the ancient Silk Road, minority cultures in Guizhou Province or old towns in Yunnan Province.
