What is Yangshuo TaiChi?
Taichi is a national intangible heritage in China. It is a fusion of various functions such as physical fitness, and self-protection from dangerous people. It combines the changes of Yin-Yangd and five elements in Yi-ology, science of channels and collaterals of the traditional Chinese medicine. With characters of softness, slowness, and agility, it is a kind of internal and external Chinese traditional boxing. Yangshuo Taichi also has these features. Yangshuo Taichi masters usually practice it in a quiet environment in the morning.
