Tour Itinerary:
All times are approximate and may vary based on your private tour schedule and availability.
- 8:00 am: Meet your guide at your Guilin hotel lobby for a comfortable transfer to Guilin Pier to begin your Guilin day tour.
- 9:00 am: Board the Deluxe Li River Cruise (4-star cruise with VIP Upper Deck seating) for the most scenic journey from Guilin to Yangshuo.
- 9:20 am – 1:20 pm: Enjoy a relaxing Li River Cruise, passing world-famous landscapes including Yangdi, Nine Horse Fresco Hill, and Xingping. A delicious buffet lunch is served on board.
- 1:30 pm: Arrive in Yangshuo and disembark from the cruise.
- 1:50 pm – 3:00 pm: Explore Yangshuo West Street, one of the most popular attractions in Yangshuo, known for its cafés, boutique shops, and lively local culture.
- 3:20 pm: Make a scenic photo stop at the Yulong River Valley and the historic Fuli Ancient Bridge, two of the top countryside highlights around Yangshuo.
- 3:30 pm: Begin the drive back toward Guilin.
- 4:30 pm – 5:00 pm: Enjoy a relaxing afternoon tea at a hidden cave café, featuring local Guilin coffee and fresh seasonal fruit.
- 6:10 pm: Return to Guilin and have a photo stop at the city Landmark Sun & Moon Pagodas.
- 6: 30 pm Drop off at your hotel, concluding your Li River and Yangshuo private day tour.

Detailed Tour Itinerary:
You will then drive 50mins to Guilin Pier to board the Deluxe Li River Cruise. Settle into your VIP Upper Deck Seating and enjoy unobstructed views of the stunning karst landscape as you cruise down the world-famous Li River toward Yangshuo.
During the Li River Cruise, you will see incredible views of karst scenery, rural life and famous mountains throughout this scenic stretch of water. You will past iconic landmarks such as Yangdi, Nine Horse Fresco Hill, and the picturesque Xingping scenery. Generally, it takes approximately 4 x hours to travel from the Guilin Pier to Yangshuo Pier but depends upon season/water flow speed.
There is a buffet lunch served on-board during the Li River Cruise and this consists of approximately 8 different Chinese cuisine dishes including both vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes. If you have any specific cuisine or food restrictions please contact us about specifics so we can arrange accordingly.
lUpon arriving into Yangshuo, you’ll disembark at the pier and explore the famous Yangshuo West Street, which is famous for its boutique shops, cafés, and lively atmosphere. You’re also welcome to skip this if you don’t like the crowds and continue directly to the Yulong Valley area. With a quick photo stopover at the Yulong River and Fuli Ancient bridge , You can see some more beautiful scenery before returning to Guilin.
On the way back to Guilin City, have a relaxing afternoon tea at a local hidden cave café, where you can enjoy local coffee/soft drink and fresh seasonal fruit in a uniquely atmospheric setting. At the conclusion of afternoon tea/coffee, you’ll be transferred back to your hotel in Guilin to conclude the tour.
