What is Yiling Cave?
Yiling Cave is located in Wuming District, 18 kilometers from Nannin City. It is named after Yiling Village where the cave is situated. It is said that the cave formed some 1 million years ago. Set in the hillside of Liangman Mountain, the cave offers around 100 scenic spots to enjoy.

Yiling Cave is a three-layer formation. Covering an area of 2.4 hectares, it offers a length of 1,100 meters to the visitors.
Before visiting the cave, local villagers will present Zhuang dancing and singing shows, such as the local folk songs, the Zhuang traditional wedding ceremony, and shoulder pole dance. At the outdoor area, you can see the traditional Zhuang bamboo stilted houses, and visit the Zhuang wine workshop to see how Zhuang people make wine. Exhibits at the Zhuang Cultural Room tells you some of the distinctive as well.

Through the art gallery, you’ll be able to know some about the Zhuang custom through the detailed interpretation of the Chinese tour guide if you can understand Chinese. If interested, you can also try local snacks.
Stalactites, stone curtains, stalagmites, stone flowers and stone pillars in the colorful lights in the Yiling Cave create different gorgeous views to appreciate. They look like the phoenix, the fisherman on the island, ripe corns, the sky walk, etc.
If you don’t want to get crowded, the best time to visit the cave is in the morning.
The best months to visit are from March to November.
You can take Bus K5 from Anji Bus Station (安吉客运站) to the Cave and it takes around 50 minutes ride from the station. Alternatively, you can just rent a vehicle to the cave from Nanning.

- As at 5th October 2020, the entrance pricing to the cave is 60 CNY per person; children under 1.2m tall (1.2m tall not included) are free of charge; children between 1.2m tall (1.2m tall included) and 1.4m tall (1.4m tall not included) are charged 30 CNY per person; the elder above 65 years old (65 years old included) are free of charge; the elder between 60 years old (60 years old included) and 65 years old (65 years old not included) are charged 30 CNY per person.
