What to expect at Xihu TiandiLocated at the Yongjin Lake on south bank of the West Lake, Xihu Tiandi is becoming more and more popular among locals and tourists in Hangzhou. It was built based on the distinctive Hangzhou garden and historical buildings in Hangzhou. Designed by the American architect, Benjamin Wood, it presents the great fusion of nature and fashion, history and modern times.
The buildings in the area are perfect combination of modern elements and traditional architecture. They have the traditional Chinese classical facades with exquisite patterns while some of the interiors are decorated with the Western style. There are many great restaurants, cafes, boutiques, and entertainment facilities to try at Xihu Tiandi. You can just have a cup of coffee at one of them and admire the natural beauty at the West Lake through the French window. If you’d like to, you also can have a good time at one bar at night there. |
