The Museum of the Terracotta Warriors and Horses of Qin Shihuang is built on the ruins of the terracotta warriors and horses. Every terracotta warrior features different countenances from one another. In addition, you will find bronze chariots and horses in the museum.
2. Big Wild Goose Pagoda
Standing in the Ci’en Temple, the Big Wild Goose Pagoda in Xi’an is a combination of the Chinese culture and the ancient Indian Buddhism. The North Square adjacent to the pagoda offers a music fountain with different appearances at night.

Originally set up in 1087, the Forest of Stone Steles features more than 4,000 pieces of stone carvings from the Han Dynasty (202 BC – 8 AD and 25 – 220 AD) to today.
8. Huashan (Hua Mountain)
Standing around 130 kilometers southwest of the Old City Wall in Xi’an, Hua Mountain offers 72 hanging caves and around 20 Taoist temples several of which are declared as the national key Taoist temples. The east peak offers the best spot for the sunrise. If it snows heavily in January, the plank road could be closed to the public. Please check it beforehand.
