What to expect at the Oriental Pearl Tower
At the 263m Sightseeing Galleria, you will enjoy the panoramic views of Shanghai and the Bund International Architecture Exhibition with a variety of styles. In addition, you can challenge yourself at the 259m transparent glass sightseeing gallery. The 350-meters-tall space capsule presents you the sci-fi charm of the space scene in futuristic style.
Covering an area of around 10,000 square meters, Shanghai Urban History Development Exhibition Hall at the base of the tower offers you a great chance to know some on the history of Shanghai. At the hall, you will explore more than 80 scenic spots, hundreds of precious historical relics and hundreds of scaled and beautiful buildings, including the views of the city, Shili Yangchang, the old traces of the sea, the architectural exhibition, 117 wax figures of the same size as the real man, nearly a thousand small wax figures, and small clay figurines. All these reflect the development of Shanghai.

How to get to the Oriental Pearl Tower
There are several buses near the tower. Therefore, there are several options.
- Rent a vehicle to the tower. This is the quickest and most direct option.
- Take Bus 81, 82, 85, 774, 789, 795, 870, 971, 983, 985, and Bus 993 to the Stop of Lujiazui (陆家嘴站). Then walk to the tower.
- Take Metro Line 2 to the Stop of Lujiazui (陆家嘴站). Then walk to the tower.
