Walk around the Longji Zhuang Village and you will find the village is dotted with several old wooden houses. The oldest house is more than 250 years old. Plenty of tourists like to explore Ping’an Zhuang Rice Terraces due to its breathtaking views at the Viewpoint of Nine Dragons and Five Tigers and the Viewpoint of Seven Stars with the Moon in August. It is the largest ethnic minority village in Longji. In August, rice seedlings are the greenest. You will be amazed at the views you could admire at the area.
Longji Zhuang Village
The Jinkeng Rice Terraces is the largest area in Longji. Many visitors thought it features the most stunning views. You will find several small ethnic villages in the area. All of them are home to Red Yao people. The upper outer garment of the Red Yao people is red. Female villagers always keep long hair. Jinkeng Rice Terraces offer the Viewpoint of Music from Paradise to enjoy the sunrise and the Viewpoint of Golden Buddha Peak to admire the sunset. You could hike to both of them. If you’d like to, you also could take a cable car to the Viewpoint of Golden Buddha Peak. There is no cable car available to the Viewpoint of Music from Paradise. You could walk to the viewpoint from Tiantouzhai Village Parking Lot after you arrive at it by car.
