Ping’an Zhuang Village Rice Terraces
Jinkeng Rice Terraces is the largest one in Longji. It is very popular among Chinese domestic tourists as it offers the cable car to the Viewpoint of Golden Buddha Peak from Dazhai Village. Some people think views in Jinkeng are the most stunning in Longji. If you’d like to, you could hike around the rice terraces to explore several ethnic minority villages. Red Yao people have lived here for hundreds of years. Part of the trails might be muddy after the rain. It is recommended that you wear a pair of waterproof shoes, bring a raincoat and an umbrella with you in April.
