At Lijiang Night Market, you could try Sandieshui Course. The course is acclaimed as Man-Han Banquet of the Naxi People. It includes 6 big bowls of dishes, 6 small bowls of dishes and 6 plates of dishes. In the course, there are 18 dishes. Sandieshui is composed of desserts (candied fruits, rice pudding and fresh fruit in season and the like), cold dishes (salacl of dried pork liver and so on), and delicatessen (fried preserved pork ribs with rice noodles, fried roasted pork with Chinese chestnuts, etc.) Naxi Eight Dishes includes stewed chicken with black fungus and tofu, deep fried pork covered with egg, and powder, etc. In addition, you could also enjoy matsutake, morel, collybia albuminosa and other wild mushroom.
