What to expect at Harbin PolarlandHarbin Polarland is one of the most popular tourist attractions in Harbin, especially during the Harbin Ice Festival.
Beluda Whale Show is the most appealing there. Two whales and the two female trainers have developed a deep relationship. They make warm-hearted and interesting interactions in the water. The show lasts for around 15 minutes. Two walruses are able to blow the balloon, play the harmonica and do sit-ups. With the neighbour - sea lions, they present great shows to visitors. Sometimes, they may spray water to the audience naughtily. Sea lions will play with the ball on the nose. Polar Bear Comedy will present the cuteness of this kind of animal to you. Through the patient training and instructions of the trainers, Tangji and Kede can be able to clap, scratch ears and wave to you to tell you that they can also be cute. Seal Training Course offers a great chance to you to interact with the lovely animal. You can kiss with them, direct them to turn around under your instructions, and do other actions. Star of Polarland showcases how Mambo, the star penguin leads the family to do exciting actions. They love to enjoy the ice swing in winter. They also enjoy swimming in the water. One of the highlights there is Ray Fish Show. Trainers and two ray fishes get on well with each other and present the exciting actions. You can also find the white-snow Arctic wolves, colorful jellyfishes, and many species of deep-sea fishes in the park. |

How to get to Harbin Polarland
Several buses pass by the park. Thus, there are several options.
- Rent a vehicle to the park. This is the quickest and most direct option.
- Take Bus 29, 47, 119, 125, 126, 127, 211, 216, 219, 223, 225, 226 or Bus 396 to the Stop of Taiyangdao Daokou (太阳岛道口站). Then transfer to the free bus to the park.
- Take Bus 42, Bus 43, Tourist Sightseeing Line 1, Line 2 or Line 3 to the Stop of Taiyangdao (太阳岛站). Then walk for around 100 meters to the park.

- Opening hours: 09:00 - 17:00
- Beluda Whale Show hours: 10:00, 12:00, 14:00 and 16:00
- Sea Lion Show hours: 11:00, 13:00 and 15:00
- Ray Fish Show hours: 10:30 and 12:30
- As at 9th October 2020, the free park shuttle bus starts at 10:35, 11:35, 12:35, 13:35, 15:35, 16:35 and 17:10.
- The park reserves the right to change the opening hours of all the shows.
- As at 9th October 2020, the entrance pricing to the park is 160 CNY per person; children between 1.2m tall (1.2m tall included) and 1.4m tall (1.4m tall included) are charged 110 CNY per person; the elder above 65 years old (65 years old included) are charged 110 CNY per person; children under 1.2m tall (1.2m tall not included) and are free of charge.
