The Huangguoshu Waterfalls are the largest waterfall in China. It is 101 meters wide and 77.8 meters tall. Behind the waterfall, a 134-meters-long cave span across on the wall. Looking from the inside of the cave, the waterfall is gorgeous.
On sunny days, beautiful rainbows always could be seen before the waterfall. There are old trees in the forest. Tianxingqiao area offers a chance to walk in the water.

Acclaimed as the largest Dong village in China, the Zhaoxing Dong Village has five drum towers, five stages and five flower bridges to explore.
The drum tower is a symbol for Dong people. You could find colored paintings and animal sculptures on the drum tower. Walk around the village, and you will see several batik workshops.
In the morning, you could see a Dong dancing and singing show at a fixed time for free.
Fanjing Mountain is becoming more and more popular since it was listed into the list of UNESCO World Natural Heritage on July 2, 2018. It is 2,572 meters tall.
The famed spots there are Red Cloud on the Golden Peak, Fenghuang Mountain, Mushroom Rock, Ten-thousand-meters Sleeping Buddha, Yuejing Mountain and the like. There are cable cars available to the Mushroom Rock.
On sunny days, you could see the Light of the Buddha during the sunset if you are lucky enough. The mountain is home to rare wildlife as well.
The Malinghe Scenic Area offers hundreds of waterfalls. It features karst landscape. You will find amazing natural frescoes on the walls of the hills. Walk along the trail in the valley, and you will be shocked at the power of the nature. Old temples, old battle fields, old bridges and old roads are hidden in the forest. You could enjoy drifting on the river in summer.
Zhijin Cave lies around 96 kilometers from Guiyang. It offers caves, valleys, lakes, waterfalls, a natural stone bridge and paleontological fossils. You will enjoy stalactites, stone curtains, stone flowers and stone pillars.
You will spend 2 to 3 hours discovering the whole cave. The cave is a great summer resort as the temperature in the cave is between 10 and 16 centigrade degrees.
Chishui Danxi Scenic Area consists of Buddha Light Cave, Sidonggou, Bing’an Old Town, Chishui River and more. It features gorgeous Danxia views to appreciate. In addition, you could explore bamboo forests, spinulose tree fern and other rare and endemic plants there. As these spots are not located in one area, you would need to spend one day to explore them.
Anshun Dragon Palace Cave
At Anshun Dragon Palace Cave, you could explore water caves, dry caves, underground waterfalls, underground rivers and other karst landforms. The largest cave hall for worshipping the Buddha, Guanyin Hall is situated in the cave as well. You could enjoy the natural beauty in the cave and experience local traditions of Buyi and Miao People in the scenic area.
Zhenyuan Old Town is dotted with tens of old buildings, such as old temples, towers, pavilions, guild halls, and so on. They feature the Ming (1368 – 1644) and Qing (1644 – 1912) Dynasties styles. The old town and the new town lie along the both banks of Wuyang River.
Zhenyuan Old Town presents a Tai Chi diagram. Qinglong Cave is a combination of Taoist buildings. Some of the buildings are built in the cliff. You could discover the town by bike or on foot. Or you could enjoy a cruise on Wuyang River.
The Libo Zhangjiang Scenic Area offers rich karst landscape, amazing waterfalls, virgin forests and a variety of rare plants to enjoy. It is composed of Xiaoqikong, Daqikong, Shuichunhe Scenic Area and Zhangjiang Scenery Belt.
When it is sunny, water in Xiaoqikong and Daqikong presents a special color of turquoise. You could not only admire the natural beauty but also can experience the traditions of Buyi, Shui, and Yao people.
