1. West StreetWest Street is the most renowned street in Yangshuo. It features different views in the daytime and at night. Most of tourists love visiting it. It is also popular among foreign visitors. Some of them even settled in Yangshuo and own a business there. You will find the Chinese and Western buildings along the street.

It is suggested that you wear long clothes in case you are hurt by the plants on the way up.

5. Jiuxian Old TownOriginally built in 621, Jiuxian Village is surrounded by hills. It is located at the foot of a hill. You will find more than 40 old buildings built in the Qing Dynasty (1644 - 1912). Covered with black tiles, most of the houses feature an old well.
With Ma Tou Walls, the houses feature a style of closed manor in the Ming (1368 - 1644) and Qing Dynasties. You will also find an old stone bridge, named Xiangui Bridge. The bridge was originally built in 1123 and rebuilt in 1137. It is the oldest existing stone arch bridge in Guangxi. |
6. Yangshuo TV TowerOpposite Yangshuo Park, Yangshuo TV Tower offers stunning sunrise and sunset as well. But it is a little difficult to find its exact location. It is located behind the Postal Service Bank of China which is situated at the crossing of the West Street. It is recommended that you let locals advise you the way to the tower.
At Yangshuo TV Tower, you will enjoy the panoramic views of Yangshuo City. If it is foggy, you will feel that you are in a fairyland. Generally speaking, it takes around 40 – 60 minutes’ walk up to the top. The opening time for the entrance to the tower at the foot of the hill is from 05:00 am on. |
