The exhibited pictures demonstrates the strong will of the Flying Tigers, the process how they fought with the Japanese Army for the liberation of Guilin and life of General Claire Chennault.
The then Command Post is situated in a cave in the park. Under the entrance to the cave is s stone carved with the Chinese and English characters of “ Observe War Stone of General Claire Chennault” (陈纳德将军观战石). It was written by the late Anna Chan Chennault (1925 – 2018). The ground runway, the landing field, the air-raid shelter, a huge crater made by the Japanese bombing are well-preserved there to remind us of the cruelty of the war.
