Erhai Park offers a zoo where monkeys are well raised. On weekends, locals always relax themselves in the park. Between November and March, black-headed gulls from Siberia always enjoy a warm winter in the park. However, visitors are forbidden to feed them with food in case that the water would be polluted.
Bohai Park consists of a corridor in Erhai Lake, a swimming pool, a zoo, a botanical garden, a fishing spot and a playground. You could admire the beauty of Erhai Lake on the corridor, swim like a fish in the swimming pool in summer, study the plants in the botanical garden or just enjoy the entertainment facilities in the playground.
Tuanshan Hill offers a viewpoint to appreciate the landscape of the lake. You just need to hike up 278 steps to the top of the hill where you will also find a small tea garden. On fine days, you will be amazed at the views of the lake and the panoramic views of Dali City from the top of the hill – the blue sky, the clear surface and the green forest.
